Start with a small deficit, like 100–200 calories less than you typically would. Another strategy to lose excess fat is to engage in regular cardio and weight exercise.

Don’t dismiss steady-state cardio. Completing at least 20 minutes of your favourite type of exercises, such as jogging, elliptical training, hiking, hill walking, rowing, or riding. The options are literally limitless!
As we already discussed, getting rid of double chin fat is not impossible, you just have to take action! Just pick up your favourite exercise and do it consistently.
