The Redmi A1 will be released on September 6 along with the Redmi 11 Prime 5G and Redmi 11 Prime 4G. With this launch, Xiaomi is returning to the budget category. Mainly, the Redmi A1 is likely to launch for less than Rs 10,000. Here is a brief overview of what these gadgets can do.
Redmi A1 comes with a 6.52-inch HD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio A22 chipset. It might feature 3 GB of RAM and comes with Android 12 out of the box.
On the back, the phone features a dual camera setup. The main sensor is 8MP along with an AI camera. It is also expected to have a 5MP front-facing camera.
The Redmi A1 is equipped with a 5000mAh battery. Also, the phone is available in three color variants i.e. black, blue, and green.
Redmi 11 Prime
Redmi 11 Prime comes in a 4G and 5G variant. Redmi 11 Prime 5G features a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor, and a 5000mAh battery. On the other side, Redmi 11 Prime 4G comes with a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset and triple rear camera setup.
Both variants are equipped with a 6.58-inch Full HD+ IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The display supports a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone comes in three color variants – Aqua Green, Purple, and Black. Both Redmi 11 Prime 4G & 5G variants are available on Amazon India.
